Passaic City Center | Dual Ice Arena

Passaic City Center | Dual Ice Arena – Concerts and Retail

Date Completed:
Project Cost: $35,000,000

The Passaic Community Center will be a 3,500-seat arena with dual NHL ice, retail, and community park. M2Architect was selected by Ironstate Development of New Jersey to create schematics for a living community center for Passaic, New Jersey. Eric Milberger combined his expertise in arena and community spaces to develop schematics for a 215,000 sq. ft. complex. The city hub would become the hockey and arena venue for the area, with two NHL sheets of ice, an outdoor concert venue, an indoor event arena, and a sports complex. The facility would host not only ice skating events but also community raves, carnivals, wrestling, rodeos, and concerts year-round. The addition of an outdoor venue, which complemented the community spirit, would keep things lively every day.
