The Delaware State Fair is a Success year after year. But the campus is only open 10 days a year. With buildings sitting idle, the Board of Directors wanted to develop a facility, which serves the public 365 days a year. They chose to build a program with a multipurpose floor, which could serve the Delaware State Fair, yet be open for Ice Skating the remainder of the year. After interviewing other architects they chose M2Architects because of their experience with multipurpose facilities. Eric Milberger was able to improve their program without compromise to their budget
