The Capital Clubhouse is a unique training facility that offers ice skating, inline skating, soccer, Olympic-caliber volleyball, and rock climbing. The facility features one NHL ice sheet, one NHL-sized dry court for soccer, volleyball, and other sports, and one studio dry court for training and small-court play. The Capital Clubhouse provides hockey, figure skating, and public skating, as well as soccer training every day. The building also boasts a state-of-the-art rock-climbing wall, surrounded by the three sports arenas.
