Eric began his career designing schools and recreation projects. In 1995, he founded M2Architects, Inc., now The Milberger Architectural Group. Eric has been responsible for the development of new techniques that combine proper materials and their use in harsh environments. He focused on the environment of schools and was the first in the Tennessee Valley to bring new materials to the cold hallways and change the way interiors are designed throughout both schools and recreation facilities in the south.
He won a national design competition for a school in Ganado, Arizona and the Navajo Nation. He also received the top design award in New Jersey, for the N.J. Business and Industry Association for architectural design. Since 1986, he has designed several of the top ice and recreation facilities in the United States. He is recognized as one of the top designers for ice skating training and recreation facilities in the U.S. and is published as an expert in the field.
