To operate a Skating Arena involves daily patience and hard work. It is difficult when the Ice Rink Design does not follow that philosophy and leaves you short. With the cost of operation being forefront in a manager's mind it is awkward when you realize some daily expenses could have been avoided. Paying unnecessary sewer charges is one of them. Most municipalities or Utilities charge sewer based upon the amount of water you use. 3,500 Seat Arena with Dual NHL Ice Retail and Community Park
The Milberger Architectural Group teamed with Dewitt-Tisshman Architects to create schematics for the Community Center Design for Passaic, New Jersey. Eric Milberger combined his expertise for Arena and gathering spaces with the Retail experience of Peter Dewitt.
