The Huntsville Rehabilitation Services began it’s mission in a small office on Bob Wallace Avenue.  Joe Milberger was always happy to claim Brian Dodson not as a client but as a friend.  Joe put his talents to work in creating the original office for Phoenix Industries in 1988.
