Briarwood Ice - The Ice Castle | Briarwood, Washington | Dual NHL Ice Arenas
Briarwood Ice | One NHL and One Studio Rink
Briarwood Ice | Castle Ice is “truly a site for sore eyes.” Briarwood Shopping Center was a small retail mall which had fallen to disrepair and was a detriment to the community’s image. The Milberger Architectural Group proposed, to Trace and Associates, that they construct an Ice Arena as an anchor for the shopping complex.
With the addition of 6 new retail spaces, a pub and a fully operational dual sheet Ice complex, Trace and Associates, was able to turn a slum into as asset for the entire county.
This two sheet facility will serve the public, hockey and figure skating communities.
